Important Information for Parties:
DEPOSIT: To secure your booking a $50 deposit is required within seven days of placing your booking. This deposit comesoff the total party price and is non-refundable if you cancel your party less than 2 weeks prior to your booking.
AGES: Zone 3 parties are suitable for ages 6 and above.
FOOTWEAR: Enclosed shoes must be worn. No thongs or sandals permitted.
LASER GAMES: Laser Games and Arcade Game time during parties is not exclusive.
PAYMENT: Full payment must be made as a single payment at the commencement of the party. Individual payments are not accepted for Party Deals.
ARRIVAL TIME: All guests must arrive 10 minutes before the party commencement time. Parties run to a set schedule and latecomers may miss out on some of the activities.
PARENTS: It is required that at least one parent remain on the premises during the party. The party rooms have limited space and there may not be room for more than 2 parents and the party guests. If more than 2 parents are expected to attend the party, then please advise us at the time of making your booking.It is recommended to book at least 4 weeks in advance. |
